ASAS will be organising a course on:

APPLICATION OF JAMI’ FIQH FOR ISLAMIC FINANCE RESEARCH

Course Overview:

Providing exposure to the use of Islamic e-libraries, in particular Jami’ Fiqh
Providing efficient and accurate ways to search major Islamic books/ references.
Explaining various techniques of search within Jami’ Fiqh i.e. textual, fiqhi, mustalahat, maudhu’ie, and muta’addid.
Explaining the function of ‘analyzing’ (التحليل) and its importance in improving the user’s understanding when reading a fiqh book.
Maximizing resources for wide options of Fiqh Muamalat consideration and comparative purposes.
